Simple, transparent fees
Weekly fees payable one week in advance. 20 Hours ECE is free for 3–5 year olds. If anything is unclear, just ask — we're happy to walk you through it.

Fee policies

Enrolment fee
A one-off, non-refundable enrolment fee of $50.00 applies when your child starts.
Payment
Fees are payable one week in advance. Direct debit is our preferred payment method.
Absences
Fees are charged for every enrolled day, including days your child is absent.
Late payment
A 10% penalty may apply to overdue fees.
Late pick-up
$25.00 for every 15 minutes after 6:00 pm.
Statutory holidays
Full fees are charged if your child is booked on a statutory holiday.
Holiday discount
After 3 months of attendance, families may take 15 days per year at 50% fees. A written application is required at least 2 weeks in advance.
Changes & leaving
Two weeks' written notice is required for any change to, or termination of, your child's enrolment.
WINZ & 20 Hours ECE
Families are responsible for their own WINZ childcare subsidy applications and for completing the 20 Hours ECE attestation. We'll happily help with the paperwork — the subsidy remains the family's responsibility, and any shortfall is payable by the family.
